The Town of Snowmass Village values and encourages citizen participation in local government processes through service on volunteer boards & commissions. Applications for Volunteer Boards & Commission are now open through November 1. Applications are available on the Town’s website.
The Town of Snowmass Village annually appoints volunteers to its ten boards & committees. Some of the Town's boards require special qualifications such as residency, or technical expertise. There may be other qualifications required for membership on some boards but for the most part, the volunteer boards have a cross-section of community members willing to give of their time and particular talents. The Town Council reviews the applications and makes appointments to boards and commissions.
